My dealings with Dr Dell were all via the telephone when there were very few GO appointments to be had. She was interested, attentive, knowledgeable and understanding. She totally understood the frustration felt by many unable to get a face-to-face. I hope that she is still at the surgery as I would like to meet her.

Dr Dell was extremely forthcoming with helping me see the right people who could help with my symptoms. She was amazing, caring and informative at all times.

Being that I was unable to send a photo of problem.i was asked if I could get to the surgery within half an hour. Which I found incredibly quick. She listened to me intently, discussed possible causes and gave me a plan of action. Thank you

The appointment it's self was a filled with a complete lack of care. My concerns were ignored my partners concerns about my health were ignored. It was obvious that she had not read any amount of relvent medical history and gave me an incorrect diagnosis, which seemed to be an assumption of that fact I would be a dirty person, suggested I take ibuprofen and proscribed me a cream that isn't, even currently available in the amount she asked for. Also today I had to go down to the hospital due to the fact I had no option. The appointment ended with a diagnosis of adult chickenpox, so if I'd followed her suggestion of taking ibuprofen last night, it would at minimum hospitalise me and at worse caused me sever damage.
